The head of the FBI won't play ball, but when he hands it over to Obama's puppet at Justice, look for scores of FBI to resign in protest.

Related.... with Jim Comey, who he is as a person. He seems to have demonstrated a pretty high threshold of integrity. What's not told below back in 2004 when Comey was at the DOJ is that Ashcroft and many under him at the DOJ including Comey threatened to resign (about 15 DOJ officials) if they were forced to re-authorize of the US PATRIOT ACT specifically section 215.
In March 2004, the Justice Department under Ashcroft ruled that the Stellar Wind domestic intelligence program was illegal. The day after the ruling, Ashcroft became critically ill with acute pancreatitis. President Bush sent his White House Counsel Alberto Gonzales and Chief of Staff Andrew Card Jr. to Ashcroft's hospital bed. They wanted him to sign a document reversing the Justice Department's ruling. But the semi-conscious Ashcroft refused to sign; Acting Attorney General James Comey and Jack Goldsmith, head of the Office of Legal Counsel for DOJ, were there to back him up.[19]
Jim Comey kicked the Bush whitehouse officials out of Ashcroft's room. Ashcroft was described as ghostly death white at the time. Government being government, not getting the DOJ to reauthorizef, Cheney had his chief council sign off on it, making it "legal" WHAT WHAT? Yep only in the great USA. Just making it up as we go along.
That's not to say Comey won't cecum but there's at least a good shot that the FBI least in this case can force the outcome that the law dictates. The idea is that the FBI is going to make the case so compelling, so many charges and so many counts covering many people including HRC that the DOJ will have no other choice to indite. We know that Bryan Pagliano has been given immunity. This confirms that a federal grand jury that's already been convened, the FBI can't grant immunity, that only can occur from a federal prosecutor in this case. It seems the DOJ is already being forced to act. When you have 147 FBI agents working a case, there's got to be more than a hunch in play.

I think whats going to torpedo the old hag won't be the Server, or the classified emails, it's going to be what other emails show setting up and funneling bribe money to the Clinton Foundation.
Corruption.

Learned something new here. Representing a criminal defendant accused of raping a 12 year old girl.

Their is so much controversy about the U.S. building this fence. I wonder what the Chinese leadership did to people who complained about the Great China Wall being built? Maybe impose a 1 year sentence building the fence will help for those opposed.

Donor event at a super delegates house. These weren't people donating $5 to a campaign. Nice. Nothing speaks to collusion of government, underhanded tactics and who's really represented by the current two party system. The public show, is just that. A show to provide the illusion of choice. Yippee.

Which lie to tell today?
Quote :
Yet the next day, in her 7:49 PM September 12 conversation with Kandil, Clinton said, “We know the attack in Libya had nothing to do with the film. It was a planned attack – not a protest.” Kandil responded, “You’re not kidding. Based on the information we saw today we believe that group that claimed responsibility for this is affiliated with al-Qaeda.
"Decisions must be made on facts alone. Much is at stake here -- people's trust in the Bureau for years to come, as well as the Bureau's reputation among our allies, partners, and friends as the greatest law enforcement agency in the world,” wrote John F. Good, president of the Long Island Chapter of the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI.
Quote :
Good, 79, told Fox News by phone that the Clinton email case boils down to whether the U.S. is a nation of laws, where all citizens are equal under the law, or there is a different set of rules for the powerful.

Its a joke.
I stopped by the Ford Dealership yesterday, for a look at the new F-150 aluminum pickup. Just for fun, I took a nice red one out for a test drive. I wanted to sense that new truck "feel" before they become old. The salesman (a handsome, big black man wearing a "Hillary for President" lapel pin) sat in the passenger seat next to me, describing the truck and all its "wonderful" options. The seats were of particular interest. He explained that the seats directed warm air to your butt in the winter and directed cool air to your butt in the summer heat. Feeling like messing with him, I mentioned that this must be a Republican truck. Looking a bit angry, he asked why I thought it was a Republican truck. I explained that if it were a Hillary truck, the seats would just blow smoke up your ass year-round I had to walk back to the dealership. Guy had no sense of humor

I have a nagging feeling we are all being played by both "sides" in this.
The week after the GOP is locked in with nominating Trump, Hillary's multiple indictments will drop, sending the DNC convention into chaos, and out of that chaos, Biden will be drafted to run. The media will then act as if Hillary has been a criminal all along, and they alone knew it, and circle the wagons around Biden completely. Sanders and his supporters will fall in line too. The GOP establishment will also do whatever it can to keep Trump from being successful, because that keeps their positions of power secure too.
Biden will then win in a landslide giving us Obama's third term.
Get ready for a Biden, Liawatha ticket. Fake hair and a fake Indian.
The real rulers don't want a Clinton or Trump white house, they want puppets. America be damned.

In what world does this not immediately come off as a dumb idea?
Aside from the obvious conflict of interest, how many times did old Willy bang the old hag in that 30 minutes, you can't keep that maniac alone with any woman that long without his DNA slinging up the walls.

He thought he could get away with it like everything else. Any bets he knew Lynch's travel plans and planned the meeting? 30 mins is a very long time to talk about grandchildren and golf.

Anyone else would've had the book thrown at them and done time and paid penalty. She was trained, warned to heed the rules, and still the FBI determines she didn't intend to break the law. When does that ever matter? I always heard ignorance of law doesn't excuse lawbreakers.
It's just another example in the long list of how bad the system is broken. Hopefully it costs her the election.

The outcome of the so called investigation was predetermined. Just as the outcome of the election has already been decided by the electorate.

The FBI says there was no intent to break the law but that doesn't ring true with my recollection as Hillary once said the reason she setup her own server and used unsecured email was for her own convenience. That sounds like selfish intent.
