| Leapers UTG http://www.leapers.com located in Livonia Michigan Word of caution, depending on item, some of it made in the US some in China. Various accessories made here. Seems the two optics I have from them are made in China. Pretty affordable gear overall. Good customer service. | |

| She's wanted a Wrangler since before we met. Finally got her to pick one out.
Damn thing cost more than my truck, but it is a nice looking one for being bone stock.

| I was just in a two door Willy's at the Auto Show in Toronto this past Monday. I'm sure I was drooling all over the damn thing. The Unlimited is definitely the way to go though. | |

| You open up a new/used car lot there? Additional to the new Jeep there's an Expedition, GMT-800 something, and a F150 parked near. Where's the Ram?!?!?! | |

| That was down at my brother's house. Mother's Expedition, brother's 2001 Silverado that was my late father's. Nephew's F150, another F150 was there, just not a piece of it in a pic. Ram stayed at home. | |

Sweet ride... a real Jeep! They say "If momma ain't happy, nobody's happy" ... momma must be ecstatic. Don't know what it is about women and Wrangler's ... wife has wanted one for a long time, too.

| I have to say I was completely shocked on how well it rides and handles. I wasn't expecting what it does at all.
I was thinking buckboard wagon. It shames the old Jeep Liberty she had.

| Milton S901 low pressure (0-15 psi) tire pressure gauge for the tractor tires ... under $20. It traps the air in the gauge until you hit the bleeder valve ... no standing on your head to read the gauge. Headed back next week to get the 0-60 psi version for the vehicles. Sad to report that the place where I buy most all of my tools and equipment, 7 Corners Hardware, is closing its doors after 80 years in business- apparently the property is worth more than the business. Best hardware store I've ever been in, bar none and in 60 years I've been in plenty - if they don't have it, you don't need it. Another sign of the times, I guess. http://www.twincities.com/localnews/ci_24908631/seven-corners-hardware-close-after-80-years EZ-DUZ-IT can opener ... about $10 + shipping. I've had mine over two years now and it works as well as the day I bought it and just bought one as a gift for my little brother. He sounded like me two years ago, fingers bandaged up from dealing with POS supposedly good brand name (now made overseas) can openers. | |

| "Rinehart 4" Exhaust for the Road King"
How's it sound?- looks great. Is there any reason to prefer the Rinehart over V&H? That '02 Road King I looked at a few years back had aftermarket mufflers (don't know what kind) ... sounded kinda ratty. Gettin' old - I think my straight pipe days are over ... I don't like the choked up sound of a new stock bike but I don't want to pizz off the neighbors too much, either.

| These have a nice, deep rumble. They get loud when you get on them, in a muscle car kind of way. I had V&H on my last Harley and on my Kawasaki Nomad. These have a better sound to me. | |

| Bought a USA made Thrush glasspack muffler for my woods beater Geo Tracker. Also picked up a USA assembled Hobart 190 Handler MIG welder, the comparable Lincoln 180 was assembled in Mexico and I liked the looks of the Hobart feed assembly vs the Lincoln. | |

Nice! ... single stage is just about worthless in heavy, deep snow. When it comes to walk behind snowblowers, Ariens is the best, imho. Used to help out a friend who was an Ariens dealer when I lived back east ... most of the problems we saw were from improper storage- gummed up carbs and the like. They park it and leave it after the last snow and wonder why it won't start the next winter. Sounds like you're dealing with drifts- you might consider adding drift knives to your blower ... they help a lot and fold back out of the way when you don't need them. The mounting holes should already be there- installation is easy.

| I have a 24" Troy Built and it's barely adequate here. Has a Chinese 'Powermore' motor in it too. Next blower will be at least 10hp/30". | |
