| I dunno... Timeless? Toyota? Been to Super Chevy, Pontiac Nationals, Fun Ford, all kinds of drag and road racing events, never a Toyota event. What was your favorite year______? Be hard pressed to have Toyota inserted there. I think mine might have been the Celica, or the Echo, but probably the Turcel. Turcel wins it hands down. Corolla or ..... Corolla or ...... Corolla or ...... Corolla or ..... Corolla or .... Corolla or ..... Tough choice. | |

| those are pretty sweet cars I'll throw this in there for toyota, well over 100hp per L stock in 1993, 0-60 in 4.6, 1/4 in 13.1, .98 g skid pad, bone stock. Would smoke the stock mustangs and camaros of the day I had driven plenty of them in that time period since the old man was working rather high up for toyota at the time. 6-speed manual sweet, sweet performing machine ____________________________________ 2023 Tundra Crewmax Platinum 4x4 2016 Tundra Crewmax Platinum 4x4 2013 Ram 1500 Sport 4x4, 5.7, 8-speed, Maximum Steel Metallic 2010 Tundra 4x4 5.7 , 33" Cooper ST Maxx on RW Wheels (sold)

| I'd love to get a shelby cobra kit car but they are loud, hot, and stinky.

| The Supra turbo was also near or right at twice as expensive as the American iron. It should be faster, much faster. But then again there are a number of us that don't leave anything stock. HP per liter, that's how America performance is classified. | |

Ain't it great! Fuel injection with a good engine management system are hard to beat these days for driveability. This removes much of the difficulty and attitude and daily use hassles with the return being runs the same at 90 degrees or 30 degrees.

Yeah, but there are those days I'd like an old fashioned solid liftered, 3/4 cam'ed, 12:1, 110 octane 427 BBC. Not the fastest these days but DEEYAMM do they sound good.

| My dream car back in high school was the 1987 Buick Regal GNX. Still is, as I'd still love to own one. Here's one on Ebay that is currently at 50k and says "reserve not met". Not sure why it would be worth that much... GNX | |

I'd even be happy with a clean Turbo Regal.

Reminds me of a high school friend of mine who had a GS 455 Stage I Buick. Great car ..... hauled ass and a great cruiser- we had some good times in that car. He always regretted selling it and decided a few years back to get another. He was working out of state and was checking out the local papers for cars as he always does when he saw an ad for a GS 455 Stage I Buick. He went to check it out ... it was half apart. Checked the VIN # ... turned out it was his old car. That's what you call luck. How's things, Rick?

| Things are going pretty good, thanks for asking. Been busy with work and small projects around the house, as we would like to sell soon and look for something smaller with more land (still in Colorado though). Hope everyone is doing good. Trying to catch up on some of the posts, but it's hard to just get back in the swing of things when you're away for so long.
