You'd think with this context the treasury is flush in cash.  Don't guess budgeting the spend for a vacation was ever a thought in their head.

No way that frickin' dog should be going on the taxpayer's dime. And there should be careful costs analysis before these things happen. The taxpayer's money is a limited resource.

Once a method like this is discovered to game or easily obtain a certain outcome, people are very good at maximizing the benefit, socializing and informing others.  SS disability is another one that many are very good at getting every benefit dollar possible.
