Titan XD

I finally saw one out in the wild yesterday. Its bigger than I thought it would be. Overall, a decent enough looking truck. It also had the Cummins in it.

They might be fighting an uphill battle though after letting the old Titan languish so long. People have forgotten about them and they don't seem to be doing much to remind anyone about the new ones either.

Ya, ditto. I've actually seen a few here now. Took long enough.

The monthly sales #'s are still pretty low considering both the gas and diesel model XDs are available.

The 2017 model looks great.

From the few road tests I've read about it doesn't seem to be getting good fuel mileage at this point. I understand new diesels taking a while to hit their mileage but these guys seem to be hitting 13.5MPG empty. Still waiting for more head to head comparisons with the small diesels. Kinda surprised how little diesel shootouts there have been lately, I figured by now someone would have done a 2.8L/3.0L/5.0L comparison.

13.5 empty is horrible. It doesn't have the weight of a 1 ton or the power either, mileage should be much better than that.

That's pretty much disappointing.
