| These prices are with the Cummins though. Gasoline engine options won't be available (for the XD) until next year.

| Nissan isn't doing so well with this roll out. There was much early excitement but it quickly waned as the specs and price were released.

| At that price, there is no reason to buy one. ____________________________________ Don't believe everything you read on the internet- George Washington.

| At least Nissan is offering the Diesel in all trim levels and not hoarding it like GM does with the 6.2L engine. To match tow ratings of a 4wd XD ($44,500) takes a LTZ trimmed Silverado starting at $50K. | |

| I think I would rather buy the Colorado/Canyon diesel for $45,000. ____________________________________ Don't believe everything you read on the internet- George Washington.

| At least Nissan keeps some pricing consistency. The 2.8L varies in price from $3700-4900 and even the 4wd option varies in price.
Edit: Just built out a CC/LB Colorado LT with 2.8L Diesel. While the build sheet states the engine is a $3730 option, in reality, it costs you over $5400 with additional bull shit GM MAKES you buy along with the engine. And I'm not talking about a trans upgrade like the HDs get. ^^^^was a 2wd truck.
If you select 4wd the diesel engine is a $3900 option that cost $5600 in the end.
The 4wd option (in LT trim) is a $3930 difference, almost a grand more than the full sized XD.

| Wow, with the diesel and 4x4 that puts the price out of my range. Our 2008 Yukon is getting up there in age and looking what to replace it with. My wife doesn't really want a pickup, but with all her trips to Georgia to visit friends and family, I thought the diesel Colorado would be a good pick at the time. ____________________________________ Don't believe everything you read on the internet- George Washington.

| IMO it's like the Diesel Cruze to an extent. They half ass want to offer it but in a way that it flops so they can say "told you so" that nobody wants it.
Ram can offer the EcoD in their Tradesman trim. Nissian is going to offer the CTD in base S model.
GM, you need LT trim PLUS extra options for the 2.8L and LTZ trim for the 6.2L. Question is, other than a few hot models has GM become a "has been"?
True they are profitable, in N/A but with dwindling market share. How long can that last?
Sorry for the side tracked rant, IMO the XD is competitively priced in comparison to its targeted competition. | |

| I just saw a Titan XD Platinum. I like the front but the tailgate looked like it stuck out to far with the brushed nickel or whatever it is addition. On the grill and tailgate, especially with the Platinum badging, it looks a lot like the F150. | |

| I have yet to see an XD on the road. Sales seem to be slow.
