Glad it didn't move over to your place. Now you will smell it for the next month or so until they tear it down.

It's too close for comfort. A few months back a house in the neighborhood caught fire. Fortunately someone called the FD and it was quickly put out. It was a long drawn out pre-foreclosure so who knows the cause. Fortunately after that it quickly sold and flipped.
