Just like the anti-terrorism legislation they started in 1995 before OKC, they'll keep trying and trying until its done.

Ironically they won't give up their's. Nor their personal security details who carry firearms. Nor all the federal law enforcement around the DC area in and around every federal building.

Only they can have firearms, you can't.

The suspect shooter Aaron is alleged to have had an AR15, shotgun, and a semi-auto pistol.  Wonder if she'll go for the trifecta this time and go after all three.

Mind you the deadly irony of a military installation being a gun free zone.  The recommendation to those on site in the Naval yard was to shelter in place.  Its a disgrace thirteen lives have now been consumed by a policy that's functionally flawed.

Criminals don't obey laws.  There are laws today that indicate murder is a crime.  That didn't stop the crime.  The naval yard didn't permit firearms.  This didn't stop the crime.  Laws don't prevent crime.  They may deter some decisions, but they do not prevent crime. Equal or greater force will stop crime before it can locate and consume additional victims.

How was Aaron Alexis' rampage halted. It's been reported he was shot fatally. Go figure. Terrible day for America in many ways.

Now today the word is he came with a shotgun only and grabbed a downed officers handgun. According to Biden shotguns are what we need for self defense.

I thought they said he put the rifle together in the restroom? I guess they decided they couldn't outlaw restrooms so they changed what happened?

Think we can get a law outlawing Biden passed? I now blame him for shotgun violence.

It didn't take long to uncover the cause of the naval yard security lapse. Thank goodness the Pentagon fully investigated the scene. Next, someone will be blaming the economy and obamacare.

I was able to get to the range today, took my Sig 522 and S&W 15 22. Perfect day, only one person there and a wing of F-16's were screaming over the top of us to drop dummy bombs on the bombing range next to us. I've been shooting more trap and 5.56, so it was fun to shoot the 22's and not care how many rounds we were using.
At 100 yds. I was dead on, at 50 yds. I was terrible.

I need to get some shotgun practice in. Planning to do some quail hunting one of these next few weeks.

I'll be shooting 3 rounds of trap Sunday, just about the same round as dove and quail. I've been reloading all my ammunition, cost is the same but the rounds are more consistant.
