I rode last Friday, it was 70.

We've been in the teens this winter more than the last 20 combined I bet. I generally get to ride year round, but not this year.

15 This morning, but no snow.

Snowing a bit again now. 5th coldest winter on record here, and we've still got about 5 weeks to go.

Might end up the coldest ever......

You've got the right idea  ... winter bites and the real solution is to go where there isn't any.. Still remember one winter in Houston. I'd headed to Maine to see family for Christmas. It was 27 at the Jetport in Portland, ME when I was getting on the return flight. At Intercontinental in Houston it was 14 degrees. Couldn't find a plumber to save your life with all the pipes busting, icy roads and no salt to put down and it was brutal offshore with the wind, ice on the rig, and a small heater that wouldn't warm a gnat's rear end.
