HUD is going to use untold billions, as quoted by HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan to subside housing. With the use of census data HUD will assess where community neighborhood ethic diversity ratios don't aligned to their internal guidelines they make up, they will make diversity happen with the use of our tax dollars.
Those that have moved to cities, suburbs, or community areas to invest into well established price entry point middle class communities as to avoid areas that are less desirable will have diversity inserted so everyone can experience the American dream.
Wasn't aware the American dream was forcing ethic group ratios created by the government. Ever thought for the moment that some ethic groups make like living and being involved of ethic groups that share common interests, same religion, morals, standards, social behavior? That's too tough of a stance for most to state publically. Not all ethic groups intertwine well, especially when fringes of each are involved. This rares its head when civility erodes, which not all ethic groups contain strong standards of conducting themselves reasonably as such in situations of disagreement.
Be looking for home foreclosures, as the government will be buying these, and then subsidizing diversity to live there.
They did this after Katrina to a lesser extent using HUD and FEMA dollars, happened in my neighborhood. Foreclosures are a prime target.
Get ready suburbia, you attempted to avoid all the crime, drugs, violence, and homicide and general lifestyles that aren't of interest to you. Well your government knows better of what you need than you, and to see that you get the full American experience and dream, it's coming to your neighborhood, at your tax payer expense.
It's real, proposed rule change in its entirety.
