I got nominated yet again to cook the turkeys and ham this year. Spatchcocked a 15lb one thats going on the smoker tomorrow. Injected with Tony's Creole Butter with a Chupacabra Poultry Rub on the outside.
Going to fry the other 12lb one Thursday morning. Injecting that one also.
Just a run of the mill spiral sliced ham that I'll warm thru that morning also.
Most I've ever paid for turkeys. LETS GO BRANDON!
