Having that 2012 Electra Glide Ultra Classic delivered to me tomorrow. Little over 30k miles on it. Has the 103" Twin Cam engine, Screaming Eagle Stage 1 intake, V&H X-Pipe headers, Rinehart slip on exhaust and a tuner. Not a scratch on the bike. Garage queen.
Full on Geezer Glide Mode activated....

That is one sweet ride! There is nothing like cruising on a summer night.

Its home...already ordered a lower seat and removed that drivers backrest. Be in the 60s-70s this weekend, so I'll take it out for a ride.

I wish it would be in the 60's-70's. It is a blizzard here, so far 16" of snow, white out conditions. It will get to the low teens tonight. Not actually bike weather.

Getting back in the riding game. Nice!
Looks great. I still have my hear set in a Indian Springfield.

I looked at a Chieftain...just couldn't get past that front fender on the Indian. I like their cutdown version better than their full fenders. That and I didn't want to learn a whole new manufacture and its quirks, etc....pretty much know what to look for in a HD...Old Fart Syndrome kicking in.

Lower seat, Progressive 944 shocks, bag bolts, all will be here Wednesday...minutes before Ice Storm Snow Death Apocalypto 2022 hits....I rolled it into the shop a bit ago to withstand our annual 4 day winter....I'll crank up the heater out there on Saturday and install the goodies and have it ready to ride. Need to pick up a motorcycle jack today or tomorrow too. Traded my old one for a 30pack a few years ago.

Sounds like some solid plans. I may be in your area of Texas in a few weeks. I'll let you know.

Supposed to be back in the 60's/70's this week. Still a bit of ice here and there in shady spots, but roads are clear. Last pic was Saturday morning, melted off few hours after that. We didn't get any snow here, all freezing rain and then sleet.
I'll get some riding in this week and dial in the shocks.
Heath drove in from Lubbock and stayed the night Friday night. Hadn't seen him in a while. It was nice to catch up.

I have had enough of the snow and ice this year. It will be nice to get away at the end of the month to Georgia. Going to see my daughter at school and hopefully some warm weather.

Had a measly 6" of snow, but the three days of below zero with -14 one morning had me wishing for that global warming we're supposed to have.

70 degrees here today, got a pretty good ride in. Seat is great, still need to work on shock adjustment. Still a bit stiff. New HJC i90 Modular helmet is nice too.

It was good catching up. I think it had been since the Colorado trip back in 2010 since I had seen yall. We need to get together more often. Next time I'll give you more warning and we can do some cooking outside to go along with the beer drinking.

Installed some LED Headlights and passing lights and got rid of the hazy halogens.

Are those self leveling LEDs? I'm not a fan of PNP LEDs, most are garbage for beam pattern. Good pattern is better than more lumens but too many just think brighter is better.

Projector style. Not self leveling. Nice crisp cutoff to the pattern. Focuses the light where its supposed to be, instead of everywhere at once.
I need to get a pic of the pattern they have at night.
