| Real nice, looks good. It's too cold here to use my electric smoker. I think starting tomorrow it won't get above freezing for at least 2 weeks. My oldest son was over last night and wondered why I wasn't using the smoker. Jut not worth having to wrap it up to keep the temp just right. Send up some of that jerky, It can't be good for you. | |

| That looks great! I just bought a little Traeger and used it a couple of times. I did a little filet mignon and it was crazy good. I did smoked salmon and I will probably use a different recipe next time. I thought about roasting a turkey over xmas but used the indoor oven instead. There's a little learning curve and not wanting to scare off the family too soon. | |
