Cooked most of the weekend for the Christmas dinner down at the potlicking inlaws place. Baby back ribs, chicken, Jimmy's Spleen Breakfast Sausage rolls and Brisket.

Real nice, looks good. It's too cold here to use my electric smoker. I think starting tomorrow it won't get above freezing for at least 2 weeks.
My oldest son was over last night and wondered why I wasn't using the smoker. Jut not worth having to wrap it up to keep the temp just right.
Send up some of that jerky, It can't be good for you. Razz

That looks great!

I just bought a little Traeger and used it a couple of times. I did a little filet mignon and it was crazy good. I did smoked salmon and I will probably use a different recipe next time. I thought about roasting a turkey over xmas but used the indoor oven instead. There's a little learning curve and not wanting to scare off the family too soon. Smile
