| I sure wished I lived close to Austin (COTA) this weekend. If so I'd be attending the MotoGP race at the brand new, world class, road track. http://circuitoftheamericas.com/ | |

| A friend of mine was going to go to the MotoGP this weekend, but a spot for his motorhome to park for the weekend was $3,000, although he was told it includes his two tickets and hookups for the motorhome. | |

| That's nuts. I did a search and it sounds like COTA sells RV lots and lot owners get first dibs on race tickets. Maybe lot owners are deciding RV space price? http://circuitoftheamericas.com/faq-motogp - Quote :
- 18. I Am a PSL/RV Lot Owner. How Do I Purchase Tickets for Events?
As an added perk to being a PSL/RV Lot owner you have the right of first refusal for all events at the Circuit, including any events at Austin360Amphitheater. To purchase tickets please call your sales representative at 512-301-6600 to ensure your seats are secured in advanced. | |

| I still don't understand. He just wanted to park for the weekend, not speculate on real estate. | |

| The lots are big, posh with grassy areas, and appropriate for a large expensive granite clad diesel pusher. If the lot owner was trying to rent it at a break even, it would be around $3750 per race. Definitely not anything I'd be paying for. | |

| The Honda's are dominating practice lap times. As long as he stays on 2 wheels Marquez looks unstoppable.
