Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Hatch Chile and Jalapeno Day

Jalapenos are stuffed with breakfast sausage, Hatch's are stuffed with raw, sliced beef fajita meat.

Roasting off a few Hatch peppers for a jubilee to be named later....



And they are done....




Got some Guacamole I made, some chip dipping restaurant style homemade salsa and some fresh flour tortillas from the local illegal alien establishment.

And lot and lots of cold ass beer.

Anybody know why I am only seeing a circle with a - in it instead of pictures? Sorry Pup, not trying to derail your post, just wanting to see it.

I was about to say something too. I never Pups pictures anymore. I thought it was just my phone but even on the computer I see the same image you do.

I think its because you need to be logged into Google to see them. I uploaded them to photobucket instead. Should be visible now.
