We'll never know the truth.

What we do know is, we need to seriously get a handle on the immigration issue. And if these guys (or any, for that matter) are involved in things that raise red flags, why aren't they IMMEDIATELY DEPORTED???

The short is there are too many potential voters in the pool that would be eliminated by having an enforceable immigration policy. Politicians will not do what's right for the country, they'll do what they need to get elected.

Thus what we'll likely end up "reform" as they call it that will gladly grandfather tens of millions of illegals, and keep the stream and potential voters open for the foreseeable future.

Absolutely agree, 100%.

I had this discussion with my wife just the other day, as she has a relative here in the States that is facing possible deportation. They've been here for years (overstayed a student visa) gainfully employed, never accepted any government handouts, and no criminal record. When they go for legal status, they're told they will be deported.

This person doesn't fit the profile of a life-long, no-questions-asked Democrat voter. Hence, they'll be shipped out at the earliest opportunity. Meanwhile, millions of illegal welfare recipients (a guaranteed "D" vote) get to stay here with no threat of being uprooted.

Our elected (and UN-elected) "betters" are collectively the south end of a north-bound horse.

I had a coworker in a simlar situation. He was here on a work visa, and worked but wasn't able to renew it, so he was basically forced to leave and remain gone for atleast 6 months before being able to reinstate is visa. Its baffling because he was told if he overstays, when he is caught, he will be deported. I agree he needed to follow the rules and procede as directed but it also makes me wonder why our politicians are entertaining allowing illegals aliens to get citizenship and no threat of deportation. They are rewarding criminals and punishing those who come here legally. Its rather sad what we have running government today. I don't think there is a single statesman to be found in Washington.

The 1st, 2nd, 4th, and now the 5th are being eviscerated. Where does it stop? Maybe it doesn't.

These rights are the foundation of what made the US different. Seems there's a push to give them up in the name of?

Judge Napolitano is always constant. As is the Constitution Bill of Rights. We can't selectively use or not use it when its convenient for those in power to get what they want. The Constitution Bill of Rights wasn't instituted to make government easy. The suspect has alleged broken all kinds of laws, use the process of the law to and prosecute to the full extent of the law. We have a total of 16 intelligence agencies. More intelligence capability than the rest of the entire world combined, put it in play and see what flushes out.

The Saudi national, AbdulRahman Ali Al-Harbi, that was originally detained and questioned by the FBI who had a visa to attend school in Findlay Ohio yet had an apartment in Boston has some unexpected people connections.

He gets to visit the white house....

http://www.therightscoop.com/saudi-national-ali-al-harbi-has-visited-the-white-house-multiple-times-since-2009/

Michelle visits in the hospital.....

http://www.therightscoop.com/why-would-michelle-obama-visit-saudi-national-ali-al-harbi-in-the-hospital/

Info from The Blaze

http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2013/04/22/beck-breaks-exclusive-information-on-saudi-national-allegedly-connected-to-boston-bombings/

A Saudi national originally identified as a “person of interest” in the Boston Marathon bombing was set to be deported under section 212 3B — “Security and related grounds” — “Terrorist activities” after the bombing

As the story gained traction, TheBlaze’s Chief Content Officer Joel Cheatwood received word that the government may not deport the Saudi national, originally identified as Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano refused to answer questions on the subject when confronted by Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC) on Capitol Hill.

An ICE official said a different Saudi national is in custody, but is “in no way” connected to the bombings.

A congressional source, however, says that the file on Alharbi was created, that he was “linked” in some way to the Boston bombings (though it is unclear how), and that documents showing all this have been sent to Congress.

Key congressmen of the Committee on Homeland Security request a classified briefing with Napolitano

Fox News’ Todd Starnes reports that Alharbi was allegedly flagged on a terrorist watch list and granted a student visa without being properly vetted. Sources close to the investigation also told him the Saudi is still set for deportation.

New information provided to TheBlaze reveals Alharbi’s file was altered early Wednesday evening to disassociate him from the initial charges

Sources say the Saudi’s student visa specifically allows him to go to school in Findlay, Ohio, though he appears to have an apartment in Boston, Massachusetts

Sources tell us this will most likely now be kicked from the DHS to the DOJ and labeled an ongoing investigation that can no longer be discussed.

Monday morning Glenn Beck laid out what he knows about the Saudi connection to the Boston marathon bombings. It is a story that the mainstream media has all but completely ignored, though Beck says TheBlaze’s Chief Content Officer Joel Cheatwood reached out to numerous other networks in an effort to get the story out. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano refused to acknowledge the story even existed when questioned by Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC) last Friday.

The history of the Saudi national (Abdulrahman Ali Alharbi) is rather interesting as he has a long history of extremely odd pieces of documentation; expired student Visa for Indiana, visits to White House, visits from Michelle in the hospital, terrorist classifications on his immigration status, was at the site of the bombing close enough to be injured and sent to the hospital. Now is in the process of or has been deported.

Terrorist immigration status classification 212(a)(3)(B)
http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2013/04/26/4-major-questions-that-remain-about-the-saudi-national-tagged-as-212a3b-terrorist-activities/

Sorry no person has all of this history and relation to the power structure by coincidence, happen stance, misfortune or mistakes.

It's also interesting as when monitoring MSM talking points it would be expected for Fox to be all over this, yet its mostly non-existent. Maybe its a beef with Beck. But genuinely shocked as I would expect with all the information present and with what Fox would typically be betting the President with this has gotten passing mentions.

I found other relationships that may provide extenuating influence being that News Corp's shareholders. Next to Rupert Murdoch, the next largest single shareholder Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal the nephew of the Saudi King.

My gut tells me that Rupert called off the dogs from the hunt, thus why there's been next to nothing on it. The relationship and potential for influence can't be denied. We'll likely never know if influence has been applied.

Boston Marathon - Page 2 Screen-Shot-2013-04-24-at-10.24.50-AM

There's no way this would be expunged, and we'd be deported. Ohh yea just so happens this guy was at the bombing site, got injured from the blast, but had nothing to do with it.

Powerful things are in play we're not meant to understand the actual.
