| Roush Unveils 600HP Supercharged 2016 Ford F-150 V-8 Truck Certified for Non-CARB States for Now - Quote :
- One of America’s favorite pickups, the Ford F-150, is about to get a major infusion of attitude thanks to Roush Performance, which is offering a 36-state supercharger package for the F-150 equipped with the 5.0L V-8. If you live in the other 14 states that have adopted California’s strict emissions standards, you’re out of luck for the time being.
Thanks to a 2.3L TVS twin-screw supercharger, the V-8 cranks out 600 hp and 557 lb-ft of torque, increases of 215 hp and 170 lb-ft of torque. For those willing to wait, a CARB-compliant kit is likely, as many of Roush’s other supercharger systems are offered in Golden State–friendly packages. However, final approval is contingent on official lab testing.
Other upgrades on the truck include Mickey Thompson Baja ATZP 305/55-20 tires on 20-inch Roush off-road wheels, a performance suspension system featuring front coilovers with Fox shocks, a performance side-exit exhaust, a unique front grille and lighting treatment, and fender flares with clearance lighting. Customers can further customize their trucks with a variety of custom graphics options. Best of all, you can buy the package turnkey from authorized Roush dealers, with a 3-year, 36,000-mile limited warranty covering the powertrain modifications. Truck Trend

That's right, starting at $85k for the 395 hp naturally aspirated Shelby, and $98k+ for the 700 hp supercharged version. Makes the Roush F-150, which starts at $11,100 above the vehicle price, quite the bargain. http://www.roushperformance.com/vehicles/2016-roush-f-150.html
