Made about 12lbs of pork and venison sausage on Saturday. Came out pretty darn good.

Damn, you're right. I still know where you live and I'm going to be in DFW this weekend but I don't think I will have much free time. Hannah is going to a ballet competition. Fun....

Interesting, at supper last night I was explaining to the kids how sausage and Kielbasi are made. Looks good!

Im not going to have the chance to meet up Jason. The competition stuff has been all over the place when it comes to schedules. They keep changing times and people keep changing plans. I was going to try and do lunch today since we werent finished til 3 but then I was told we were leaving at 12. Ive been playing errand boy most if the weekend. Sorry!
