... looks good! In my neck of the woods a truck of that vintage would be half rotted away given all the crap they use to melt snow/ice. Down the road I hope to find a decent used truck ... my current daily driver does well to carry just me around lol.

That's the main reason I bought the truck the only rust is the surface rust on the cab the cab corners are rock solid and the cowl is also no rust , the bed is like new it kind hurts putting stuff in the bed its so nice , the black stuff on the cab corners in the picture is my attempt to keep them from rusting .

I had an 84 Silver Custom 10 that reminds me of your truck. I had rust on the drivers indoor vent area and the vent windows no longer would open due to lack of being used. I really liked that truck, it was easy to work on. My girlfriend (now wife) didn't like driving it and took it home one week when I was away working in CT. and bought me a new Ford F-150 XLT Laredo without me knowing about it.
