If You Drive Empty
PostSubject: If You Drive   If You Drive EmptyJune 4th 2014, 3:11 pm

....
If you drive ....
Dex was checking with his real mechanic scan tool, because he is a
real mechanic, and commented; "you've been driving without
your seat-belt."
I said I only drove out the driveway then buckled-up.
He said that if the belt isn't buckled when the transmission is
put in gear it shows that the belt was not used.
Did you know that Police and Insurance Companies have scanners
and can get that information?

I often put my belt on after the truck is in gear.  Also,  there are the times when I am just turning around in the driveway or moving in and out of the driveway to make room.  So I guess I don't have a belt on 90% of the time.

I would say 99.9% of the time, if my truck is in gear my seat belt is on. The police can also time how fast you are going on a toll road and use EZ-Pass in certain states. They can do it, but they don't. I have never heard or read an article that stated a ticket has been given, but you never know.
