What, if any, podcasts do we all listen too?
Here is a short list for me: -SGU (Skeptics Guide to the Universe) critical thinking -UTH (Under The Hood) Auto repair -AAH (Autoline After Hours) -Autoblog -Caustic soda -Weird things podcast
Filler material when I'm in the garage a lot: -Adam Corolla, any of the 3 podcasts he does -Dave Ramsey, I get a kick out of how "smart" people can be so "not smart" with money.

Why the Sodium Hydroxide? I don't listen to any, but I can see myself listening to some that you mentioned.

I like to have video with the podcast element. Just seems to do something for the presentation.

Caustic Soda is a podcast about science, horrible news and humor.

I was thinking maybe you were making bio-diesel and using the caustic soda.

Don't drive my truck enough to justify bio-diesel.

I had considered it at one time, but the set and chemicals used in making it turned me off. Not to mention the fact I could probably on run it through the truck for 6 months out of the year without adding costly heated tanks to the truck.

A few years back I was looking on alibaba and coconut oil was selling for less than a buck a gallon. Supposedly the older trucks can run it straight, maybe a little heat from the tank. Catch was you had to buy 10,000 gallons.

At work, we have 2 sites that each have 11,000 gallon tanks of caustic soda. eventually it eats up the pipes and pumps and is a mess to contend with. Even though I would be anywhere that much bulk, I would still have devoted a shed or garage to making and storing it. Just not worth it to me. I've seem people put peanut oil straight into their tank, but why? It cost more than diesel.
