Steel can flex an infinite number of times if keep within parameters and not suffer fatigue. I keep telling myself that but something that long just doesn't look right.
It is a cool video however.

Steel bridges do the same thing. If it didn't flex, it would break..

I was stuck in traffic one time for 2 hours on the Tappan Zee Bridge that crosses the Hudson River. I was starting to get sea sick the bridge was moving so much.

I cross a short two lane concrete bridge on the way to work. Some days a loaded gravel truck will pass the other way and I can feel the bridge bounce up and down a little. Feels unsettling on the bike.

Sky Scrapers flex like the ship.
Hold a paper across the screen, at the wingtip before playing The winglet (virtical part) is 4' to 5'

It is cool to see over the long distance. Concrete, wood, windows, aluminum, steel, almost all materials are designed to flex in construction.
Saudi Arabia is planning to build the tallest building in the world at 3280ft high.
