MPG - A Tale of the Tape

For the last year my driving has been the ten mile round-trip jaunt to Costco and the shorter trip to the rehab exercise classes.
The left gas receipt reflects that street driving. The right is the highway trip.

Last week I attended a two day class in Santa Clara, near the new 49er stadium
and my MPG improved, in spite of the second day being in two-way commute traffic.

Two round-trips, 217 miles. From 12.2 to 17 MPG.

As near as I could get to the new 49er's Levi Stadium.

I payed $3.11 Sunday for gas. Went up a little since the snow storms.

I payed $2.959 yesterday.
