The administration quotes rate decreases from sighting examples from New York, New Jersey, Colorado, and a couple others. Coincidentally these are the only states rates have gone down, most all others costs have increased dramatically.

Imagine for a moment if Amazon operated like the health care roll out for a moment. Only in government can this program be delcared a success. The fun is just getting started.
