So very true.

We keep borrowing from our future to satisfy our current selves.  The issue is that our future is a hole of which is a self imposed death spiral and no one has the balls to address, not even the ultra conservatives. know this is the end game at heart, though speaking about the real truth is politically dead because the American populace have been conditioned in this hypnotic state of mind that continuous debt spending can be maintained infinity and bickering over a few billion here or there is the difference.  Or the 85 billion in automatic cuts from the sequester is ohhhh so devastating.  Getting real for a moment 85 billion is less than 10% of the new debt total last year.

This water has been tested.  Ron Paul had a plan to cut a trillion year one if elected and to cut 10 federal agencies.  He was labeled a cook.  Crazy uncle Ron.  Isonationalist etc.  That qualifies how conditioned the public is to the current condition, when a real plan to address the issue is immediately disqualified with no plan or better plan in rebuttal.

Wonder what the reaction will be when the whole thing implodes?  Maybe that's the plan, just keep spending till the US and Global economy implodes.  Wipe the debt slate clean and start over.  Sorry China, Japan and others that held those treasuries, your out of luck.  No one is going to come after our country, check out this military we have and aren't afraid to use.  What a plan for humanity this will be.

She may not be the most intellectual of the political bunch. Not that it matters much. Technically the Federal Reserve (private banking conglomerate) holds more debt than China, but the principals of which she references are true.
