 What is this?

It was at one of my stops that sells and works on farm equipment, so it's obviously it's used for farming, but I was wondering what it does.  It looks like a dune buggy on steroids.

Around here, that chassis is used for what's known as a "Telehandler" (either man bucket, or pallet lift).  Cab is offset to make room for boom on the opposite side. It can be fitted with other attachments, as well.

All terrain fork truck.

The grapples on the front look like it could be used for large scale hay operations.

Almost looks like a skidder or something similar, for hauling wood out of the bush. Probably not though.
