Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing

HUD is going to use untold billions, as quoted by HUD Secretary Shaun Donovan to subside housing. With the use of census data HUD will assess where community neighborhood ethic diversity ratios don't aligned to their internal guidelines they make up, they will make diversity happen with the use of our tax dollars.

Those that have moved to cities, suburbs, or community areas to invest into well established price entry point middle class communities as to avoid areas that are less desirable will have diversity inserted so everyone can experience the American dream. Rolling Eyes  Wasn't aware the American dream was forcing ethic group ratios created by the government. Ever thought for the moment that some ethic groups make like living and being involved of ethic groups that share common interests, same religion, morals, standards, social behavior? That's too tough of a stance for most to state publically. Not all ethic groups intertwine well, especially when fringes of each are involved. This rares its head when civility erodes, which not all ethic groups contain strong standards of conducting themselves reasonably as such in situations of disagreement.

Be looking for home foreclosures, as the government will be buying these, and then subsidizing diversity to live there.

They did this after Katrina to a lesser extent using HUD and FEMA dollars, happened in my neighborhood. Foreclosures are a prime target.

Get ready suburbia, you attempted to avoid all the crime, drugs, violence, and homicide and general lifestyles that aren't of interest to you. Well your government knows better of what you need than you, and to see that you get the full American experience and dream, it's coming to your neighborhood, at your tax payer expense.

It's real, proposed rule change in its entirety.

The proposed rule change is open for comment til September 17th.

I doubt this one will get spoken about on any of the news networks.

More distracting, wishful, feel good changes from obama's
administration. There's no money to do it and it takes away motivation to sustain or even appreciate the effort needed to increase one's standard of living. And then assuming one could get there, they'd need to be coddled through work years and into retirement. It makes no sense.

They've already done that in my neighborhood. Bought up all the houses that come on the market and make them into Section 8 housing. Hoodrats, illegals, drug dealers, basically, the common Democrat have all moved in.

Ive seen the opposite programs where cities give police, fire, or teachers discounted homes to strengthen neighborhoods. Wow, this new proposal is counter intuitive.

I hate that it seems like every large media company doesnt cover the stuff that really matter except FN. I used to not really buy into the liberal media idea but I honestly do now.

They all have their agenda. Can't get a straight shooter anywhere. Fox is up against a considerably liberal media. Fox itself has its own issues with anything for Israel and the unchecked usage of the military around the world to combat terrorism.

It's good to listen to them all, to understand their agenda and what they're trying to push. Then using a smattering of alternative media it's easier to come to the reality of what's really going on after you've understood the story from several different vantage points.

President Kennedy warned us of secret societies and media responsibilities.

It's amazing how true this speech from 1961 rings more current like it could have been given in 2013, than at any point of our history previous to today. Absolutely timeless.
