What's sad, when I attended public school I had excellent educators of which I had the fortune of being a student. Still remember their names and memories of time spent learning.
I can't imagine Mr. Sampson, Mrs. Hightower, or Mr. Bradshaw participating in such. Though I would love to see what they would say or how they would react when watching that display, and what more it says about our public education system today.
Without a doubt there are educators who attempt to walk the line of personal integrity and actually educate students they're own way. Their hands are now tied by the administration, school district policies, and government agencies who have instrumented oversight and policy dictating what's taught and how to teach it removing any individuality the teacher themselves might possess personally to educate students. The curriculum that's taught today is now laced with progressive agenda, actually re-writing history in many cases.
