Fires everywhere!

Sorry I haven't been around much lately, been busy with work and worrying about all the local fires.
I think our local arsonist is back again.  Several small fires stared in our county, but thankfully, put out quickly.

The biggest one near Colorado Springs, is in Black Forest, and was possibly started by lightning, almost 500 homes destroyed.

Feel bad for all those that lost their homes, and thankful for all the efforts of the local firefighters, rescue teams and law enforcement.

Hope everyone is doing well.  We have our necessities ready to go should we ever need to evacuate.

What a bummer. The Black Forest was a very pretty area.

Yes, still doing SAR, though I haven't been very active since I started working again.  I try to still join them on weekend missions and when we help out at local events.

The name "Black Forest" is kind of ironic now.
