Formula 1

I was checking cost for Formula 1 tickets and suuuuu-weeee they are expensive! Of course they include 3 days for the practice, qualifying, and the race but that just means you needs to spend more for hotel, restaurants, resort fees, tourist fees, etc.

General admission tickets for the inaugural Las Vegas race are sold out. The general admission standing room only were $500 bit still sold out! The cheapest tickets are $1500 and from there they go up to over $10k per person.

The Austin race is a bit more inline with the cheapest being around $810.

I'd love to hear those engines but it's a heck of a bargain just watching it on TV.

For that money A huge big screen TV could be bought. I can watch a few minutes of races but no way could I watch it for hours on end. I think they are exciting, but not for hours.

No kidding. I could use a new big screen too. That's a good argument for one.

Our State is now going to build a NASCAR track at a closed airport in Atlantic City. I would go to a race or two but probably no more than that. It will be about an hour away from me.

Nascar has jumped the shark. Their racing is terrible these days.

Yeah, I going to pass on that too.
