| 40 now and misting rain.
70's tomorrow and Mid 70's forecast for Saturday, arctic front blowing in that evening, temps drop to below freezing, snow overnight, 20 by Sunday morning. Will stay below freezing until mid Monday. Then back to the 50's.
This is either Trump, Obama or the Russian Hackers fault. Depending on how you want to look at it.

| Our snow always seems to be a couple inches of ice instead. And the DFW area has the worst winter drivers on the planet. | |

| A dusting this morning, 23 when I went to work. Single digits overnight with winds gusting to 40 mph. Tomorrow morning when I leave for work, the wind chill will be -10 to -20. I betting on a late start as they don't like the kids to get frost bite waiting for the school bus in the dark when its that cold. My wife doesn't think it will happen, so one of us will be wrong. ____________________________________ Don't believe everything you read on the internet- George Washington.

| -22F this A.M., -8F as I write .... a veritable heatwave. Those are the actual temps, without the windchill. Had snow Friday into Saturday .... about 8" or so. The hell with snow- Santa is ready for spring after spending the afternoon at an Indian dealership (Toys For Tots) yesterday. Too bad his wallet won't say yes ....
Merry Christmas to all!!!

Getting time for a new Presidential ride, isn't it? My frozen chin and knees/shins say its past time. My bank account laughed so hard it cant even say No. Otherwise it runs good. Got a weird rattle sound at a certain RPM but seem to be no adverse effects. Need to drain some oil bc I slightly overfilled last change. Its on the list but other bills to pay off first. 32 as I rode home just now. Will hit 60 tomorrow and then back to 34 for a low tomorrow. Next 10 days show a high of 67 and low of 25.

| It probably just needs a valve adjustment. Not terribly hard to do. | |

I could handle those temps but not sure I miss them! The cold did knock down the creepy crawlers however. Will be a long time, if ever, that fire ants want to move there!

The cold did knock down the creepy crawlers however. Will be a long time, if ever, that fire ants want to move there! I'd rather have one or the other. Snowed yesterday but the temp hovered around 32F. Had to go into the cities yesterday- the roads were just wet on the way in but coming back the snow was sticking and the roads were starting to freeze underneath ... slicker than snot. Didn't slow down the yayhoos who continued to drive 75 mph .... until they went off the road or caused a wreck. Took a while to get home ... saw at least four vehicles off the road (3 were AWD/FWD) and a wreck in WI had traffic backed up on I-94 far as the eye could see. Supposed to be just rain Christmas day. That said, the worst winter driving I've experienced was in Texas when the roads (I-10, I-45) froze over into a sheet of ice. They're not equipped to handle it- no salt, no sand, no nuthin'.... I don't envy pup. Thankfully it was a pretty rare occurrence where I lived (Houston area). No matter where you live you've got put up with something. I loved winters in Florida but if you worked outside (I did) the middle of August was like you died and went to the wrong place.

| At least the winter solstice has passed and we will slowly see more daylight hours. In the 40's last couple of days, raining right now. Christmas day should make it to 50. ____________________________________ Don't believe everything you read on the internet- George Washington.
