Didnt watch it but saw that she got knocked out and watched the end earlier, it was a surprise.
Not to turn this political but my wife told me a funny meme she saw this morning. "Ronda Rousey just endorsed Bernie Sanders. She didn't lose, her win was redistributed."

I'm sure the rematch will be good.

Rhonda got cocky. Why else would you try and out box a professional boxer?

It's nice to see Ronda knocked down a few notches.

Rhonda did play Holly's game. Keeping arms and legs distance, and not in close seemed to be her downfall.

Rhonda won a bronze medal in the olympics in judo, I was surprised that she tried to box Holly. When I fought in a mixed session I would get close to the karate guys so they couldn't punch or kick me. I was in a black belt club run from an instructors house learning the way to knock out people with pressure points. There was 2 hours of classwork then fighting. You had to be a black belt and invited to join this club. It didn't matter what martial arts you took, you all sparred at the end of class. I had gotten kicked and punched to the head and body my first few times until I realized I just needed to get in close to throw them and get to the ground. This was before any of the MMA. There is no one martial arts that is best, you have to be well versed in different styles and be in the best shape of your life.
The last time I fought over 10 years ago, I was out of shape and looking to work myself back into shape. I took a beating that night and thought this is a good way to get yourself killed if you are not in the best shape of your life. I'll still teach a class and move with the students but never fight a timed match again.
Rhonda will be back and win again no she has a goal to achieve. It's simple, she got complacent.

Pretty much guarantees a record PPV haul on the rematch.
Its all about money. What's a little ass whooping compared to the millions that stand to be made.

Rhonda will get her rematch and most likely even a bigger payday than in the last fight. If your not a boxer, don't take on a world class boxer and expect to win fighting their game.

Some say wrestling is the best martial art to begin MMA training, others say judo. One things for sure, you need to have multiple skills and then be able to adapt to your opponent. Ronda was a hammer and thought all her opponents were nails.
One good outcome I guess, Floyd Mayweather now knows Ronda and is pulling for her. He's even offering to help her improve her boxing skills.
