Anyone ever listen to podcasts ? I just downloaded a bunch of talk radio programs on my phone to listen to while driving through the never ending radio dead zones on the Oregon Coast , the radio in the truck I drive has an auxilery input jack so I will see if it works tomorrow .

I used to listen to them alot. I had a deer lease out of Ozona TX. About 450 miles. The last 200 or so there were 2 radio stations. They simulcast the same music. It sucked. I had an app that would let you control the playback speed. I liked about 1.5:1. Made it so you could listen to a hour long podcast in 20 minutes. It wasn't like the old days of speeding up a record or a tape made it sound like The Chipmunks. Just took less time.

I liked Shurdog, The Gun Dudes (stopped podcasting in July) and many others from the gun rights radio network.

Savage Nation and the FreeTalkLive. The latter has a customizable subscription allowing you to choose the type of content/shows you want.

-Skeptics guide to the universe(SGU)
-Caustic Soda
-Autoblog
-Adam Corolla, OTH & car cast
-Weird things
-Autoline, this week & after hours

Listen to them over my Bluetooth since I don't have a decent radio while working around the house.
If I get a good system then I can rock some AC/DC, Def Lepard, Skynard etc

http://www.amazon.com/Bluetooth-Waterproof-Shockproof-ARMOR-MiNE/dp/B00R70KUP6/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1442423828&sr=8-3&keywords=armor+speaker

You need one of these.  Lot of sound from a little bitty bluetooth capable speaker.  Portable, battery lasts for 8 to 12 hours at 80% volume.

I bought one for my dad.  He then turned around and bought one for my daughters.
