$3.5 billion for a bunch of hot air.

Let me guess, all those budget cuts, are dismantling the military, see we couldn't even procure a cable strong enough to keep a blimp secured.  

We're told this is to protect us from enemy cruise missiles and enemy drones.  I guess we've had a huge problem with these?  Protect?  What's the blimp going to do to a cruise missile?  Let us know a couple city blocks are going to be vaporized?
