Close to finding the WMD's?

Those WMD's may turn up yet. After we give them some covertly.

Operation Merlin lead by the CIA to give Iran and Iraq plans to make a nuclear bomb. The plans we gave them had flaws of which were easily almost laughably overcome and resolved. You can't make this stuff up.
